We stayed in the apartment for three nights. Apartment is located at a very nice place and was generally clean and in good shape. However, we will never recommend this apartment to any of our friends in future due to very bad behaviour of Old Town Apartment team.

1st I request for a drop-off key service and I was told to call the company 1 hr in advance to receive the key at location. When I called at reaching Prague, the team refused to come to the apartment and I took 1 hr locating their office. This is OK as we were strangers in Prague and we had no option then and we were not familiar with the customers services one should expect in prague.

I told them we will vacate the apartment at 11am as stated in the document. The cleaning lady came at 10am in the morning and was very upset why we were not ready. I had to pick up my car and I left the apartment and I came back at 10 mins after 11am. In the mean time my wife received a call from Old Town Apartment team on cleaner lady’s mobile phone and she was very insulting and I do not wish to repeat it.

We paid for our stay and in return we demand respect and that was not provided. It was a bad experience and I now regret not booking a hotel and taking this apartment.

vi var totalt 14 stykker som reiste sammen, 2 bodde på hotell vi andre i leilighet og vi var særdeles fornøyd med oppholdet, vi var fra 23 til 75 år og alle syntes att oppholdet hos dere var svært bra. god beliggenhet og fine leiligheter.

WE COME FROM GREECE. WE VISIT PRAGUE AT THE END OF DECEMBER AND WE STAY UNTIL THE 6TH OF JANUARY.THE ONLY THING FOR SURE IS THAT WE ARE GOING TO VISIT PRAGUE AGAIN BUT THE NEXT TIME WILL BE MAY OR JUNE BECAUSE IT WAS GOLD ENOUGH.

Heater does not work (Oct 2007, it was below zero degree during our stay in Prague)

No telephone in the apartment, we have to use our mobile to make repeated long distance calls to get to their 24 hr hotline to get a technician. The technician arrived and left without fixing the heater. We were told that the heater will be on in 20 minutes, but of course it stay stone cold for the whole 3 nights of our stay!!

The apartment manager promised a prompt check out at 9 am, but did not arrive until 9:40 am (our bus together with 18 of us were wasting our precious holiday hours waiting and waiting and waiting...) more long distance calls were made to sort out the problem.

No toilet paper in one of unit.

Church bells rings every hour even throughout night time.

An absolutely lovely apartment, well located to explore the Old Town and the rest of Prague.

The rooms were spacious and light and the overall standard of cleanliness excellent. The only downside was that the lounge was not ideal for relaxing as the sofa was broken.

The staff we met were helpful and efficient.

All in all I'd recommend the apartments to anyone considering a stay in Prague.

your services were excellent and I intend to refer several people directly to your company. The driver who picked us up and delivered us to the airport was very good.

The location of the apartment was very good.

I thought the location of the apartment could not have been better. It was such a short walk to all of the major sites and even the graocery store. It was bright and spacious. I would suggest the following additional kitchen items: a spatula, collander, and salt & pepper. Also, a wardrobe in the bedroom with the queen bed would have been helpful or even out in the livingroom is it's too cramped in there.
Your staff was courteous, helpful, and reliable.

Stayed at these apartments in late October with a group of mates and thought the location was great. Very close to the old town square and also close to the new square. Walkable to attractions such as the Charles Bridge. There's a few bars and restaurants very close to the apartments including a cafe downstairs and a bar (very cheap!) just round the corner. Very good location if you're going to Prague for nightlife and sightseeing.

As for the apartments, the rooms were fairly big and the bathrooms were pretty good. All clean. The kitchen was pretty good too although we never used it because we ate out all the time.

If there's any young people reading this make sure you go to 'Le Fabrique' cocktail bar just round the corner from the apartments...a good place to start your night out.

Would definitely use these apartments again.

I would like to take the opportunity to thank you for your assistance all the way through from being very very helpful when I was booking to organising the airport transfers.

The accommodation was excellent, very clean, well appointed and very central - exactly as described on your website.

We had an excellent time and when in Prague again we all said we would want to stay there again.

The apartment was nicely refurbished and a great location, but we booked a '2 separate bedrooms' apartment and got one separate bedroom and a sofa bed in lounge, so description was very misleading.Lady in office insisted it was a two bedroom apartment! Not sure they have the right idea on service yet.

We stayed here for a weekend, this is a great location. Good bar below but set back so you don't get any noise. We were a group of Lads but I when I go back with my wife and kids we will try and stay here......

located in centre of old town. lovely apartment spacious clean, set within a courtyard excellent location

Spacey and very clean and tidy, had everything that we needed, quiet at night and only 5 minutes walk from Wencelas square and the Old Town, excellent location. Would definatly use again.

A real bargain.. right in the middle of everything but very quiet, lovely clean modern appartment with lots of space.
