    spent 9 nights. Asked receptionist for boiler,
    cup and spoon into my room to be able to prepare
    my special tisane in the evening. Received broken
    boiler and for cup and spoon I was told that it
    costed Euro 11.50 per day (????)
    Maybe I was just unlucky, would I have asked
    a man, situation might have been differet. This
    girl at the reception although good looking is
    totally unwelcoming and even doesnt know that the
    smile does exist. Maybe she needs a little training to learn how to deal with customers. On the other hand
    different men at the concierege post were very helpful

    • service, bathroom, very dirty wall around lavabo, greasy cover on bed
