The hotel is in a great location so that you get to experience the Square and also walk to the Old town which is only 10 minutes away, we walked everywhere and it was quiet at night. It felt very safe to walk around at night and there are restaurants and bars close by.

After reading how rude some staff were at other Prague hotels we were not expecting to receive such a warm and generous welcome when we arrived, it was more than we had anticipated and greatly appreciated.

The hotel is very new so everything is in great condition. Our sheets and towels were not done daily but that was a small thing that we could have fixed if we had wanted to but it was fine.

I would definitely stay again and recommend this hotel to others.

Had wonderful time on our recent visit to Prague in February 2008. Our hotel - Falkensteiner Maria Prag was wonderful. There were 9 of us in our group from Dublin and we all said we would definitely stay here again. Everything about it was just perfect. The staff were so nice and helpful. They helped us organise tours within minutes. Ordering taxis for us which always arrived within about 5 - 7 minutes. The buffet breakfast was terrific - salmon, bacon, sausages, fruits, croissants etc. The location was perfect - about a 3 min walk to Wenceslas Square and about 10 min walk to the old town square. We all highly recommend this hotel and highly recommend a visit to Prague. Many thank to Athos Travel for their efficiency with our booking. We will definitely be booking with them again.
