Hotel U Zlateho jelena - Hodnotenie a recenzie klientov

The Hotel U Zalteho Jelena was just right for us. The best part about the hotel is the location which is located right in the Old Town Square. The breakfast was fine and the staff was very helpful. The only problem was the internet didn't work in or room and we had to use the computer in the lobby which we paid 2 Euros for at first, then they let us use it for free since internet in the room still didn't work. I would diffinitely stay there again.

My only problem in Prague was that my bag with private things (a lot of money, cards, cellular phone, notes, guide) was stolen on Karlovastreet. I think the hotels should warn their customers at the reception desk with clearly written notes about street crime. Prague has very dangerous streets as far as thiefs is concerned. It's worse than any place I went. I was never pickpocketed before, even not in Barcelona. My loss was very important and almost ruined my vacation.It gives me a very very bad memory when I hear the name of Prague.

We enjoyed our stay at the U Zlateho. Our room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and in a very pleasant area. Staff was helpful and responsive to our needs.

I can just say that we were in the hotel just for two nights. Next time we wish to stay there more. Beautiful room, attentive staff, perfect breakfast and Prague all around...

This hotel is superb. It is ideally situated in the "Old Town" only a couple of minutes walk from the town square and all of the better quality bars and restaurants.
The hotel itself is of a far better quality than we expected, the rooms are comfortable and very well appointed.
The staff are first rate and on hand 24/7.

We will definitely be staying here again.

Brilliant location in a beautiful city that has an abundance to offer. Breakfast is fabulous, staff are helpful and accomodating, rooms are clean, modern bathroom, large and uncluttered, free wi-fi, warm and relaxing. I have no hesitation in returning to the same hotel and highly recommend it to anyone.

Hotel is an converted old palace right in the heart of the old town. You couldn't get a better position in Prague unless you are staying at the Prince. Staff were very helpful. Rooms although spacious lacked atmosphere & drawers to put things. Beds really uncomfortable. The room didn't get cleaned & when we asked for extra pillows (you only get one) they said we will see what we can find! Hence none turned up. The bathroom only had a hand shower, so you cannot stand up in bath to have a shower.

Booking couldn't be simpler or more efficient

excellent hotel in excellent central locaton (old building). friendly staff. very spacious room with old furniture, with fully modern bathroom (jacuzzi). Breakfast very good too. Free wireless broadband Internet. Took advantage of special off.season price and so was also really value for money. Highly recommended.

This was a really good hotel, with excellent facilities and really nice rooms. It is right next to the Old Town Square, and within easy walking distance of all the main Old Town Attractions.

The Airport transfer was also quick, efficient, punctual and good value for money.

I can highly recommend this hotel, and will stay there again if I ever go back to Prague

Fantastic weekend from start to finish. Drivers were puntual and efficient. Room was great direct on the Old Town Square and the staff were friendly throughout our stay. Have already recommended you to several friends both in the UK and Germany
