By the check-in there is required a credit card guarantee or deposit (200 EUR) for possible damage of the apartment or for the loss of keys. The deposit slip will be discarded or returned to the client after check-out, after the apartment will be checked by cleaning lady.

9 x 1-Bedroom apartment, 55 m2 for 4 + 1 people max, bedroom, living room with kitchenette.

3 x studio, 40 m2 for 2 + 1 people max, one room with kitchenette.

Double bed or 2 single beds in the bedroom, bedside tables, bedside lamps, fresh linen, wardrobe

Kitchen: table and chairs, toaster, microwave, electric kettle, stove,  fridge / freezer, gas/electric hob, board & iron, dish washer

Lounge: living room table, satellite tv, couch, television

Bathroom: bath, sink , bidet, towels, hair drier, lavatory  

NOTICE:

As there is no reception in the apartments, we strongly recommend to use our inexpensive transfer service - keys will be delivered to you by our driver. If going by train, please wait for the driver on the platform where you arrive!

In case,  that you for any reasons don't wish us to arrange transfer to the apartments, please note,  that you can collect the keys at main office of the apartments at : Holeckova 13, Prague 5. The main office of the apartments is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. More info and directions ( if requested ) will be stated in your final confirmation.
