Penzión V Tůních 14 - Hodnotenie a recenzie klientov

Personál příjemný a ochotný.Po inzerované vaně však ani památka,pouze sprchový kout,vybavení pokoje průměrné,rozbitá lampička,problémy se vstupní kartou.Parkování za 500 Kč/den v asi 50 m vzdáleném hotelu a snídaně zase v jiném hotelu asi 80 m vzdáleném.Jinak dobrá poloha pro procházky centrem Prahy.

This place was very near the train station and also close to a lot of the top things to see in the city. The breakfast was plenty to fill you up. It was a good place to relax too because our room had a stove and small refrigerator. There was internet too.

Ďakujem, boli sme veľmi spokojní. Dobré miesto, izby čisté, dobre vybavené, pestré raňajky a veľmi milý a ústretový personál.

Generally accommodation wasn't too bad, good location and budget friendly, although if you looking for something visually attractive, the pictures of rooms are far from their actual presentation.

Moje připomínka se týká zejména informovanosti. Vaše firma mi zajistila ubytování v předmětném hotelu, včetně snídaně a parkování vozidla. Ale teprve až na místě jsem se dověděl, že parkování je cca 15min vzdáleno, že přímo u hotelu je velmi problematické parkování i na krátkou dobu pro vyložení zavazadel a jako samostatný cestovatel jsem řešil otázku jak jít na recepci a ubytovat se a přitom zaparkovat a následně když nelze zaparkovat tak odjet na dohodnuté parkoviště a tahat kufr zpět, ale na jaké parkoviště se dozvím až v recepci...
Také jsem nebyl informován že snídaně se podává ve "smluvním hotelu" mimo Penzion.
Předposlední poznámka, když jsem dorazil na hotel s domluveným parkováním vůbec o mně nevěděli a ze záznamů bylo patrno, že z "Tůní" nikdo nevolal.
No a poslední připomínka, recepční by si mohl více osvojit jazyk český, odmítám ve své domovině hovořit anglicky.
Věřím že "naše" příští spolupráce dopadne o poznání lépe.

The hotel room was nice and cleen and vary spacious. The location was great, right in the centre of the city.
The staff was very helpful. Breakfast was plenty and tasty.
The pick up from and to the airport was on time.
We had a great stay in Praque.
We only have two comments about our room. The linen was not very clean looking. Towels were grayish color and the sheets looked very old and used up. The TV could have been a little biger.
Otherwise everything was just great!
I have a personal favor to ask you. Can you please contact our hotel and tell them that we accidently took home our room keys. If they need it back we can put it into an envelope and mail to them. Please let us know. Our appology.

Pulito, ottima la posizione e ben servito dai mezzi pubblici (le fermate della metro e del tram più vicine sono a 5 minuti).

Služby hotelu V Tunich byly na vysoke urovni, ubytovaní v apartmanu bylo ciste, prijemne a ucelne zarizene. Personal velice ochotny. Tresnickou na dortu byly snidane, ktere predcily me ocekavani. Velice bohaty vyber, mile prostredi dodalo nasemu pobytu v Praze o to vetsi zazitek.

Bylo to opravdu na 100% úrovni

we had a good time in Prague and a good stay in the hotel V Tunich. The people at the reception were very friendly. Also the breakfast in the other hotel was very good.
Prague is a fantastic city.
Surely we come back and of course we will stay in the same pension.

We stayed at your hotel from 30/04 till 5/05 and were quite satisfied with our stay. The service and friendlyness of the staff is a strong point as is the location of the hotel.

Rooms are a bit small compared to the pictures on your website (these are the flats) but they are ok to sleep in. Bathroom was ok too. We didn't use the kitchen.

It's a pity that there were some very loud Italian guests staying at the hotel and in the morning there were some construction works going on in the neighborhood whih always woke us up. Well, that's not the hotels fault of course but we didn't really like this.

The hotel is well situated next to the metro stations Museum (green and red line) and Mustek (green line) which makes it easy to get around Praha. If you stay 5 days, it's best to buy a 5 days public transport ticket. It only costs 500Kc and you don't have to worry about buying tickets all the time. You just stamp it once and that's it.

We would like to have another stay over there!

It was a very nice place ,clean,with very nice personnel.Good facilities (chicken well equipped )makes to feel you like home. Breakfast at 4star hotel across street.. very good.

Lovely place, had a really sweet and cosy room with everything we needed. Good location as it wasnt in the hustle and bustle of the square but was not a far walk. Close to the museum metro so easy to get to other places. Hotel staff were very friendly! Would highly recommend it.

Very clean and quiet! Room was spacious and very functional. Manager and employees were all pleasant and helpful.

The only problem was that my plane was delayed and the residence is usually closed at 8pm. We ended up not getting in until after midnight. Maybe you should ask for flight numbers when people are arriving late so there isn't any confusion.
